When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. If the wrong size has been ordered, an exchange may be considered if you contact me as soon as possible. Fees may apply.
All items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipping. Should you receive an item that you feel is faulty please get in touch and we will endeavour to fix the problem for you. If an item is found to be faulty you will be entitled to choose a refund or exchange.Please note that the item must be returned within 21 days of its receipt, in its original packaging with proof of purchase. In the event of a faulty item, return shipping costs will be covered by Sjaan Maia Jewellery.
